Who cannot take part

Copied verbatim from ClinicalTrials.gov and grouped by topic. Only the trial team decides who can take part.

Other illness

  • Contraindications for MRI such as claustrophobia, heart pacemaker and ferromagnetic implants.
    • Contraindications for contrast as patients with renal impairment.
    • Patients in which the misaligned images or distortions due to motion artifacts made the interpretation of the MRI unreliable.

Who the study is looking for

  • Patients with ischemic stroke within 2 weeks from onset detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and have intracranial artery stenosis seen in magnetic resonance angiography (MRA).

Sex: All · Does not accept healthy volunteers
