- Age 18-29 years
- Male sex at birth
- Self-identify as transgender woman/female spectrum
- HIV-negative (laboratory confirmed)
- Recent condomless sex
- Able to understand Thai
- Not on PrEP or poorly adherent (≤3 pills/week)
