NCT07666607Completed
Pathological Mechanism Study of Aerobic Exercise Regulating Cold Stress-induced Hypertension Via the Thermosensitive Target-mediated Sympathetic Nerve Pathway
Source: ClinicalTrials.gov · Last updated 24 Jun 2026
Brief summary (registry, in English)
This study focuses on the specificity of thermosensitive targets in populations with hypertension in cold regions, identifies core targets through transcriptome sequencing and clinical validation, and clarifies the regulatory mechanism of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise through a prospective cohort study, providing scientific basis for precise prevention and treatment of hypertension in cold regions and personalized exercise intervention.

Who cannot take part
Copied verbatim from ClinicalTrials.gov and grouped by topic. Only the trial team decides who can take part.
Other illness
- Same as the exclusion criteria in the first stage; Complicated with exercise contraindications (such as severe coronary heart disease, uncontrolled arrhythmia, severe osteoarthropathy, etc.); Unable to complete 16-week follow-up.
Who the study is looking for
- Same as the inclusion criteria for cold region hypertensive patients in the first stage; No regular moderate-intensity aerobic exercise in the past 3 months (≥3 times per week, ≥30 minutes per session); Exercise risk assessment is low to moderate risk (negative PAR-Q+ questionnaire); Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.
