- • Group I:
- Age ≥18 years •
- Early RA diagnosed according to 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria •
- Disease duration \<1 year
- B-Group II:
- Arthralgia without clinical arthritis •
- Positive RF and/or anti-CCP antibodies •
- Age ≥18 years
- C-Group III:
- • Healthy adults without inflammatory rheumatic disease
