MCG Algorithm Optimization Study in Patients With Coronary Artery Stenosis
A Prospective Multicenter Registry Study for the Optimization of Magnetocardiography (MCG) Algorithm in Patients With Moderate-to-Severe Coronary Artery Stenosis (Derivation Phase)
Source: ClinicalTrials.gov · Last updated 22 Oct 2026
Brief summary (registry, in English)
This prospective, multicenter study aims to optimize the Magnetocardiography (MCG) algorithm for detecting myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery stenosis. Eligible patients will undergo MCG measurements at rest and following treadmill exercise stress testing. Adenosine pharmacological stress testing may also be performed at the investigator's discretion. The results of this study will provide clinical data for improving the diagnostic accuracy of MCG in patients with suspected coronary artery disease.
