Neurological Rehabilitation and Neuroplasticity After Ischemic Stroke

Effects of Neurological Rehabilitation on the Expression of Neuroplasticity Markers and Neurotransmitter Profiles in Patients at Different Stages Following Ischemic Stroke

Source: ClinicalTrials.gov · Last updated 27 Oct 2026

Brief summary (registry, in English)

This observational study evaluates the effects of neurological rehabilitation on biological markers associated with neuroplasticity and neurotransmitter profiles in patients after ischemic stroke. The study will include patients at different stages after stroke who undergo neurological rehabilitation as part of their standard care. The aim of the study is to assess whether rehabilitation is associated with changes in neuroplasticity-related markers and neurotransmitter levels, which may contribute to a better understanding of recovery processes after ischemic stroke.
