Source: ClinicalTrials.gov · Last updated 4 Nov 2026
Brief summary (registry, in English)
The main purpose of this study is to understand how safe and well-tolerated LY4247147 is in participants with obesity or overweight who are otherwise healthy. Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY4247147 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. The study will be conducted in 3 parts. For each participant in Parts A and C, the study will last about 30 weeks and will include a stay in the Clinical Research Unit (CRU) lasting about 8 nights. For each participant in Part B, the study will last about 39 weeks and will include up to 3 stays in the CRU lasting about 9 nights each.
