This study aims to investigate the impact of cognitive impairment on upper extremity physical performance, cognitive skills, and functional independence in individuals with chronic stroke. A total of 66 chronic stroke survivors will be enrolled and categorized into two groups based on their Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores: the Cognitive Impairment Group (n=33) and the Control Group (n=33). Upper extremity performance, cognitive functions, and functional independence will be comprehensively evaluated using standardized clinical outcome measures.

- Presence of any other concurrent orthopedic or neurological disease affecting physical or cognitive performance

- Having a chronic and severe medical condition (e.g., epilepsy, cerebral palsy)
- History of recent surgery
- History of any pre-existing condition affecting cognitive status (e.g., dementia, neurodegenerative diseases)

- Complete loss of vision or hearing

- History of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed at least 6 months prior to the study,
- First-ever stroke
- Absence of communication or language disorders that would prevent understanding and cooperation
- Ability to read and write
- Not currently receiving psychotropic medication treatment
- Willingness to participate and provision of signed informed consent
