- History of asthma exacerbation requiring changing of pharmacological treatment in the previous month.
- Diagnosis of concomitant Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome (OSA); Clinically significant bronchiectasis; Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA); Atopic dermatitis;
- Diagnosis of concomitant Autoimmune Diseases; History of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), or (Hepatitis C Virus)HCV ;

- Active significant infection
- Malignancy, current or within the past 5 years. Suspected malignancy or undefined neoplasms;
- Cognitive impairment;
- History of clinically significant chronic heart diseases;
Egyéb
- Active smoking status or ex-smoker with Pack/Year major than 10;
- BMI major than 30 Kg/m2;
- Pregnancy;
Kiket keres a vizsgálat
- Age ≥18 and ≤85 years;
- Diagnosis of moderate/severe asthma according to current Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines
- Diagnosis of moderate/severe asthma according to current GINA guidelines and primary arterial hypertension according to current European Society of Cardiology/European Society of Hypertension (ESC/ESH) guidelines
- Patients able to collaborate in the required procedures;
- Signed informed consent.
